Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Returns must be initiated through our customer service team.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for returns.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently ship within the United States.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.
• Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our shipping options in the near future.

If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
